Sales & Marketing Controller Iberia & Italy
About the RoleIn this role, you will overlook at the whole P&L of PH business across Spain, Portugal and Italy. Closing, forecast, and financial analysis will be core activities embedded in the role. Your role will be enlarged, and you will play a key role in the rollout of digitalization project of the company called Essity Way of Winning.
The Business Controller shall provide financial insight and report financial results to the organization in a timely, complete, and correct way. He or she should contribute to the development and realization of the regional strategy with the management team and should suggest actions to improve business performance.
You will play a critical role within the multi-functional Teams by partnering with Sales & Marketing colleagues and within the Regional Team of Country controllers, by contributing to Management decision making.
What You Will DoManage financial results according to the accounting standards
Monitor and follow-up on the performance and deviations and drive corrective actions where necessary
Challenge and supports the Management Team in all financial aspects (operational and strategic) as Business Partner by providing insights to full financial value chain
Contribute to monthly consolidation of the financials and consolidation of long-term financial plans
Drive annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting
Participates in the Business unit Controlling Network, i.e.to drive best practice within finance and controlling
Lead or participate in business improvement projects
Play a key role in the digitalization of Finance; EWOW
University degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Finance
Experienced with and interest for financial information, reporting and planning systems
Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to details
Solid verbal and written skills, able to communicate on various levels
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Performance driven on individual and organizational level
Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, pro-active and results oriented
Sales & Marketing controlling experience is a plus
