Title: Sales & Marketing Associate
Reports to: Director of Business Development
Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $19.11-$25.85
The Sales & Marketing Associate assists with coordinating and implementing the revenue and marketing activities for the company. They are directly responsible for hitting revenue goals and developing marketing opportunities to increase the company market share. The Sales & Marketing Associate is key to ensuring the FLORES branding, marketing and sales strategies are aligned with the company's vision and goals. You are the top ambassador for FLORES and critical to representing our company to the business community.
You will be a strategic partner working alongside the Director of Business Development (DBD) to ensure that FLORES continues to be a leader in our industry. You will enjoy high levels of autonomy and responsibility and serve as a sounding board to the DBD, the Chief Operating Officer, and partners/clients who work closely with them. Above all else, customer service, work ethic, exemplary oral and written communication skills, networking and judgment are key. The ideal candidate will be a quick study, a fast thinker, strong writer, self-starter, and a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and is always thinking five steps ahead to represent FLORES as the best strategic partner solution for potential customers.
- Securing new business and closing sales in alignment with customer success and company targets
- Demo FLORES products to prospective clients
- Develop, review and report on the sales and marketing strategy
- Creating and implementing marketing and networking program
- Attending marketing and networking events for new business opportunities
- Competitor and market share analysis
- Closing new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts
- Management of NDAs for FLORES and prospective clients
- Coordinating with marketing team to approve and develop marketing materials
- Providing pipeline and revenue target reports to Director of BD
- Working directly with Onboarding Manager to ensure client success
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing and sales goals
- Assisting with coordination and promotion of FLORES client events
- Maintain confidentiality of clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Able to travel as needed
