Why is this Role Essential?
The Sales & Marketing Assistant provides administrative, organizational, and coordination support across Concerto's sales, growth, and marketing functions. This role helps ensure the team remains organized and responsive while supporting conferences, partner engagement, gifting, sales and marketing materials, CRM activity, reporting, and other growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working collaboratively across teams.
What Will You Do?

Sales & Growth Support
-
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Sales, Growth, and Market Development teams.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, schedules, materials, action items, and follow-ups.

Assist with presentations, one-pagers, proposals, reports, prospect information, and other business development materials.

Support new-market initiatives, new-center launches, and other growth projects as assigned.

Marketing & Partner Support
-
Coordinate sales and marketing collateral, branded materials, and partner-facing resources.

Support partner and prospect gifting, including ordering, tracking, shipping, and delivery.

Assist with partner outreach, meetings, and other relationship-building initiatives.

Coordinate with Marketing on materials and support needed for growth initiatives.

Conferences & Events
-
Coordinate participation in conferences, trade shows, networking events, and other industry events.

Manage registrations, schedules, attendee information, deadlines, booth materials, promotional items, shipping, and event logistics.

Support pre-event outreach and meeting scheduling, as well as post-event organization and follow-up.

CRM, Reporting & Team Coordination

Maintain accurate and current sales and business development information within Salesforce.

Assist with CRM updates, prospect lists, activity tracking, and basic reporting.

Maintain team calendars, trackers, shared resources, and key department documentation.

Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to support team priorities.

What’s Required?

1-3 years of experience in an administrative, sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, or related role preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform preferred.

Reports to: Director of Market Development
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000
