YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE

We're seeking a Sales & Market Enablement Analyst to support strategic intelligence initiatives across Sales and Business Development, with additional support on New Product Development efforts. This role will drive market sizing, account mapping, and data-driven deliverables for Sales, BD, and leadership stakeholders, while also supporting product opportunity sizing and market research to inform product development decisions. You'll collaborate closely with Market Research, Sales, Product Development, and the AI/Analytics team. This is an opportunity for a self-starter who can work independently, synthesize complex information, and deliver actionable insights under tight timelines.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN

Sales & Business Development Support (80%)

  • Conduct market sizing and TAM analysis for sales regions, accounts, and vertical markets.
  • Complete project data pulls and create data-driven deliverables for Sales, BD, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Lead account mapping efforts to identify and quantify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and inform decision-making.
  • Create data visualizations, including charts, diagrams, and mapping/density heat maps.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership and other key stakeholders.

New Product Development Support (20%)

  • Define market boundaries, segmentation, and taxonomy for vertical markets across geographies.
  • Build bottom-up and top-down market sizing models.
  • Identify and validate data sources; document assumptions and methodology.
  • Deliver market sizing outputs to support strategic planning and investment decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3-5+ years in competitive intelligence, market research, strategy consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience producing competitive analyses, market assessments, or strategic research.
  • Track record of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expert-level secondary research skills, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive-level deliverables.
  • Proficiency with intelligence platforms (e.g., Crayon, Klue, AlphaSense), CRM systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, strategy, and technical teams.
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies, B2B, industry terminology, and industrial market dynamics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with business intelligence/dashboard tools.
  • Comfortable learning and evaluating new technology platforms.

  • Previous work as a liaison between business and technical/analytics teams.
