M&C Home Depot is seeking a Sales & Market Development Officer to drive distribution, sales, and profitability across assigned categories through effective sales and promotional strategies. The role also supports business growth, manages stakeholders and team members, and ensures compliance with company policies and financial controls.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in direct sales and marketing

  • Knowledge of the construction sector is required, with experience in the industry strongly preferred

  • Experience working with wholesale, retail, or project-based sales environments is an asset

  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication and interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
