Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:

  • Own Spain, Italy and Portugal sales opportunities from identification to closing
  • Drive customer through the journey to adopt robots from first meeting to warehouse and reference visits to contract negotiations
  • Represent our company, products, services and culture with customers
  • Develop collaboration with potential partners to identify opportunities
  • Map and understand key prospect targets, to develop tactics and strategies
  • Support or drive upsell efforts depending on customers
  • Support Nomagic presence in industry trade fairs and marketing events
  • Proactively suggest improvements in our funnel activities to increase the conversion rate

What skills we’d like you to have:

  • Extensive experience in intralogistics & automation sales, including ability to drive customer workshops on solution design
  • Strong network of contacts in the warehousing industry is a strong plus
  • Summit climber. You have high ambitions and relentlessly work towards success
  • Fluent/native Spanish required; professional English, Italian a strong plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to work in a fast changing startup environment
  • Experience with HubSpot a plus

Skills Required

  • Track record of closing customers for warehouse automation solutions
  • Extensive experience in intralogistics and automation sales, including running customer solution-design workshops
  • Ability to take full ownership of sales opportunities from identification to closing
  • Fluent/native Spanish
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing startup environment
  • Professional English
  • Italian language skills
  • Strong network of contacts in the warehousing industry
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Familiarity with AutoStore and Pocket Sorter systems
