We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in luxury residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, deep knowledge of the luxury residential market, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with prospective buyers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales execution. You should be passionate about premium real estate, possess excellent negotiation abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of luxury residential properties by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers.
  • Generate qualified leads through referrals, channel partners, walk-ins, digital inquiries, and networking activities.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations to showcase premium residential offerings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties based on their lifestyle, investment goals, and budget.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, and key clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and closing strategies while ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing, and customer relationship teams to ensure smooth documentation, booking, and handover processes.
  • Stay updated on luxury residential market trends, competitor projects, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and client engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.

  • Experience working with developers, premium residential projects, or luxury housing brands is highly preferred.
