We’re hiring a Manager of Small & Mid-Market Sales (EMEA) to lead our team into a high-growth, largely untapped segment. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, unlock new revenue, and sell a truly best-in-class, cutting-edge LMS.

You’ll play a key role in scaling a high-performing team to meet surging demand across the region. Drawing on your proven success to coach and develop talented sales professionals, helping them elevate performance and exceed targets.

With a sharp eye for market trends and a strong ability to build pipeline, you’ll lead your team to drive meaningful growth and set a new benchmark for success at Absorb.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of quota-carrying Account Executives, to manage full sales cycles, build and maintain robust pipelines, and deliver accurate forecasting.

  • Provide strategic support for escalations and participate directly in complex negotiations and deal structuring.

  • Drive strategic growth by building and strengthening the company’s brand presence within the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

  • Hire, motivate, coach, and develop team members to maximize productivity and career growth.

  • Deliver detailed activity reports, opportunity management updates, quotes, and forecasts, along with verbal feedback to senior sales leadership.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment and success.

  • Ensure a high-quality, consultative sales process that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

  • Inspire your team through vision, energy, and a commitment to excellence.

  • Meet or exceed team revenue, conversion, and enterprise growth targets.

  • Analyze performance reports to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across all sales segments.

  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to direct reports.

  • Conduct training on advanced sales skills, enterprise account strategy, and professional development topics.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a positive, collaborative leader with a track record of building high-performing teams.

  • 3–5 years of sales management experience.

  • SaaS-specific sales experience required; HR-related SaaS experience is a strong plus.

  • Superior coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to develop enterprise-level selling capabilities.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.

  • High sense of personal accountability and ownership.

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
