As we continue to expand across key international markets, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager to support our growth within Europe and North America.
Reporting to the Commercial Leadership team, this role is instrumental in driving revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence across key feeder markets, including selected European regions and the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with overall company growth objectives across international markets.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, and luxury travel experts.
  • Drive the strategic development of both high-end consortia and high-volume wholesale partnerships, ensuring a balanced and profitable distribution mix.
  • Expand presence within luxury consortia networks (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network), enhancing brand positioning, visibility, and preferred partner status.
  • Identify and secure new high-volume wholesalers in key markets, leading contracting, rate negotiation, and production targets to unlock scalable demand.
  • Build and execute joint business plans with key partners (consortia and wholesalers) to drive production, market share, and brand visibility.
  • Continuously evaluate channel performance, optimizing allocation between luxury, retail, and wholesale segments to maximize profitability and ADR.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term value and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Revenue teams to align campaigns, pricing, and distribution strategies.
  • Represent Ella Resorts at international trade shows, sales missions, and industry events, particularly across Europe and the US.
  • Deliver on revenue targets, KPIs, and reporting requirements with a high level of accountability.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality travel sales of at least 5 years, ideally within resort or lifestyle hotel brands.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with international markets, particularly in Europe and the US.
  • Familiarity with distribution channels, and data analytics tool.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Skills Required
