#1 Cochran is looking to add to its team of Sales Managers at our Monroeville Hyundai location!!

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of managing a successful and talented sales team. This individual will become proficient in driving an efficient omnichannel customer experience through our all-new, cutting-edge EXPRESSWAY sales process, and will have a thorough understanding of digital commerce and supporting technologies. Additionally, a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer care is critical in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty strategies

· Manage sales department profitably

· Manage relationships with internal departments and external resources

· Prepare for and conduct departmental meetings to convey information

· Set the vision and philosophy for departmental operations to foster and support dealership customer satisfaction objectives

· Manage new and used vehicle inventory

· Maintain internal control over inventory to prevent theft, vandalism, and lot damage

· Maintain a professional working relationship with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers

· Contribute to a cohesive dealership team atmosphere, working toward identified dealership goals

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Dealership sales management experience required
  • Must be interested in training/mentoring additional sales professionals and encouraging a strong, inclusive team culture
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries
