Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Sales for Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and the Frontier Countries. You will be in-charge of all MSI’s Direct Sales activities in Singapore and countries listed herein to be assigned.

The roles and responsibilities include:

  • Grow MSI’s business of mission critical communications, command centre software and video surveillance and analytics in the Indonesia market

  • Nurture existing accounts and develop new accounts and recruit new partners

  • Re-establish MSI as a leader in the market

  • Build a funnel of opportunities in the following verticals:

    • Police and paramilitary

    • Defense

    • Transportation (Rail and Airport)

    • Energy and Natural Resources

    • Utilities

  • Experience of working with large accounts in several of the above focus verticals


Basic Requirements
  • Experience > 8 years of which at least 2 years Sales in IT, Telecom or related fields

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred

  • Experience of working with multinational companies either as an employee or as an employee of a partner organization

  • Good understanding of solutions selling

  • Driven, team player, fast learner

  • Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Experience of working in matrixed organizations

  • Active and Hands on Selling
