This position is responsible for driving new, high-value sales opportunities within Shanghai、Zhejiang  Province and supporting business partners throughout the sales cycle. The candidate will be equipped with comprehensive knowledge of ISC's full suite of gas detection products and services to provide prospective customers with selection guidance, procurement support, and implementation services (including cloud-connected software like iNET Control and SAFER, as well as managed services like iNET Exchange).

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales engagement with end-users and distributors throughout the sales process. You will use solution-selling techniques to guide sales processes effectively and be responsible for communicating and supporting corporate initiatives with end-users and distributors. In addition, you will partner closely with channel distributors, including identifying, managing, and evaluating current and new distribution channels.

    Accountable for achieving defined sales targets and successfully advancing key sales projects.
  • 负责为所辖区域准备并呈现项目提案、产品演示及战略业务计划。
    Prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations, and strategic business plans for the assigned region.
  • 负责开拓新的业务伙伴,并巩固加强现有经销商及客户间的战略业务关系。
    Build new and strengthen existing strategic business relationships with distribution partners and customers.
  • 通过直销和渠道分销的形式销售ISC全系列气体检测解决方案。
    Sell gas detection solutions through both direct and indirect channels.
  • 负责按规程在内部CRM系统中追踪和更新所辖区域的销售机会、客户、潜在客户和联系人等关键信息。
    Track and update the internal CRM system with key information regarding sales opportunities, accounts, leads, and contacts for the assigned territory.
  • 通过有效的销售预测、机会甄别、客户策略制定及计划执行,来推动并管理销售流程。
    Drive and manage the sales process through effective forecasting, opportunity qualification, account strategy development, and execution planning.
  • 持续学习,深入掌握产品与应用知识,保持高水准的专业素养。
    Maintain a high level of product, application knowledge, and professionalism through continuous learning.
  • 负责根据需求,为最终用户和合作伙伴提供必要的销售与技术服务支持。
    Manage and provide necessary sales and technical support to end-users and partners as required.
  • 有责任与公司市场部和客户成功团队协作,共同推动业务增长。
    Collaborate with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive business growth.
  • 需要频繁在上海、浙江省内出差。
    Extensive travel within Shanghai、Zhejiang Province is required.
 

任职要求 / Qualifications

  • 3年以上相关工作经验。
    More than 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • 优秀的沟通能力与人际交往技巧。
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 自我驱动性强,结果导向。
    Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • 展现诚信的商业行为与职业操守。
    Demonstrated ethical business conduct and practices.
  • 具备在矩阵式组织结构企业的工作经验,熟悉跨部门协作与管理工作模式。
    Experience working in a matrix organization, familiar with cross-functional collaboration and management.
  • 具备分销渠道管理或合作经验。
    Experience working with or managing distribution channels.
  • 具备卓越的客户服务精神与承诺。
    Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
  • 英语流利(具备良好的读写能力)。
    Fluent in English (with strong reading and writing capabilities).
  • 具备气体检测行业经验者优先(销售、客户服务或技术支持)。
    Gas detection industry experience (sales, customer service, or technical support) is a plus.
  • 了解工业物联网及云连接设备技术。
    Knowledge of Industrial IoT and cloud-connected device technology.
  • 熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件。
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • 本科及以上学历,专业不限。
    Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline is preferred.
