The Role

To lead the SettleIT Sales team and help continue to direct, plan, monitor and report on all aspects of Sales and Account Management activities whilst providing hands-on leadership and coaching


About you

We’re looking for a confident and polished professional with strong leadership qualities and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll play a key role in developing and elevating the performance of the BDM team to meet high standards. You present yourself with professionalism and know how to communicate effectively and credibly when engaging with lawyers and other senior stakeholders.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, mentor, and motivate the SettleIT Sales Team to ensure they are equipped to manage growth and operational challenges.
  • Identify, convert, and allocate new sales opportunities in alignment with the business plan and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new customers to expand market reach.
  • Streamline sales processes, foster open communication, and eliminate barriers that hinder productivity and team satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the SettleIT Leadership Team to design and implement an effective national sales strategy.
  • Coach and guide the team to achieve collective revenue targets through ongoing support and performance management.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing key Enterprise accounts.
  • Lead by example by actively participating in high-value opportunities and demonstrating best practices

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven success in leading sales teams, ideally within SaaS or software environments
  • Strong background in SaaS sales, with a deep understanding of the industry
  • High energy and ambition to grow within a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams effectively
  • Excellent sales skills across phone, email, and face-to-face channels, preferably in a B2B context
  • Tenacious, driven, resilient, and focused on achieving outcomes
  • Experience in SaaS or tech sectors is highly advantageous
  • Genuine passion for B2B technology and innovation
  • Strong interest in business development and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Prior management experience with a focus on team performance and growth
  • Preference for candidates with SaaS or tech sales experience
  • Consistent track record of driving sales growth and delivering results aligned with company goals - Hunter mentality
