We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to sustain the company's growth in the region.

Responsibilities:

Your main missions will revolve around two key areas:

1) Manage the flow of incoming leads related to SME and individual policy requests, overcoming operational challenges, and ensuring the highest conversion rate possible.

2) Develop valuable connections that establish an intermediary distribution network to stay in tune with the market and identify new business opportunities.

Daily, you will:

 

  • Collaborate with the Account Management Team to track incoming leads, ensuring we meet our targets and deliver on our promises.
  • Manage and align the expectations of brokers and agents, facilitating issue resolution and providing assistance as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for inquiries from brokers and intermediaries.
  • Coordinate and provide comprehensive responses to complex inquiries.
  • Work constructively with our operational departments, including Policy, Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, and Customer Service.
  • Monitor portfolio performance to ensure targets are met, make appropriate recommendations, and implement action plans to maintain profitability.
  • Participate in transverse projects together with other departments.

 

Opportunities:

  • Establish a robust network of intermediaries through formal and informal meetings.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies, including advertising, public relations, and brand awareness.
  • Identify and capitalise on marketing and selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a detailed awareness of competitors' activities, products, and pricing.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong client management skills and a track record of successful delivery.
  • An experience in Medical Insurance is a strong plus.
  • A confident negotiator with the ability to close deals.
  • A previous experience in Health Insurance would be a strong plus.
  • Has obtained certifications or is willing to pass the exams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the sales process.
  • Positive attitude towards people and challenges.
  • Capable of working independently and taking ownership.
  • Previous experience in Managing Medical Insurance Sales is a strong plus.
