We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to support the growth of our Agentic AI business line. In this role, you will help to drive pipeline generation for our best-in-class banking workflow automation AI Agents, promote leadconversion and manage customer accounts to maximize contracted Annual Recurring Revenue. This is a critical role in scaling Intuitech's go-to-market engine during a period of hyper-growth. 

 

Your future tasks:  

End-to-End Management of the Sales Cycle in Allocated Markets with three main areas of responsibility:  

  • Driving Pipeline Generation: 
    Proactively contact banks and financial institutions to identify and attract potential clients. Initiate conversations to uncover business opportunities and generate new sales leads. 
  • Promoting Lead Conversion: 
    Nurture relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and run PoCs
    and more to move prospects through the sales funnel. Ensure successful deal closure. 
  • Managing Customer Accounts: 
    After successful conversion, support the delivery process and identify cross- and up-sell opportunities. 

 General Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare tailored presentations, proposals, pitches, and sales materials. 
  • Coordinate product demos and other presales-related initiatives. 
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends. 
  • Engage and drive cooperation and partnerships in each allocated market. 
  • Participate in conferences and industry events to boost company visibility and engagement. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Own pipeline reviews with sales leadership, covering top-of-funnel health, conversion metrics, and more. 
  • Manage internal stakeholders, including delivery and product teams. 
  • Coach and mentor Sales Representatives. 

What we expect from you: 

  • Completed studies in business development, partnership management, or sales. 
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial, business development/sales or partnership-focused roles. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate projects. 
  • Good communication and relationship-building abilities. 
  • A proactive attitude and work independently. 
  • Competence in creating presentations. 
  • Professional proficiency in both Hungarian and English. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed. 

 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in the banking, financial sector, or artificial intelligence is an advantage.
