About the role
- We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to lead our field sales team and drive loan application growth across our dealer network. This role will own the entire sales funnel — from dealer activation to application sourcing and loan disbursement — and will lead initiatives to expand market coverage, optimize performance, and ensure successful product rollouts. The ideal candidate combines field execution capability with strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
What you'll do
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance culture focused on operational discipline and execution.
- Activate, train, and manage used car dealers as sourcing partners.
- Roll out engagement plans, incentives, and communication strategies to drive dealer performance.
- Ensure ongoing dealer support and platform adoption.
- Design and execute sales growth initiatives to increase sourcing volumes and market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, credit, operations) to support new product launches and field enablement.
- Identify bottlenecks or market opportunities and respond with structured field action plans.
- Track sales funnel metrics, dealer activity, and team performance using dashboards and internal systems.
- Generate actionable insights using analytics tools to improve field performance.
- Maintain data integrity and reporting discipline across the team.
Who you are
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in financial services, auto finance, fintech, or B2B field operations.
- Proven experience leading field sales teams and activating dealer or partner networks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data filtering, etc.) and able to interpret sales and performance data.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with a track record of data-driven execution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Arabic required; professional working proficiency in English preferred.
