About Pacific Health Group

At Pacific Health Group, we are at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare. You will play a vital role in this mission. We are dedicated to improving health outcomes by addressing social determinants of health and coordinating comprehensive community-based services, particularly through our programs. If you are passionate about making a difference and have the skills to lead in this dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team.

Overview

The Sales Manager leads Pacific Health Group’s inside and outside sales functions — overseeing both the Outreach Team Department (Inside Sales) and the Street Outreach Department (Outside Sales). This role focuses on driving member engagement and enrollment through data-driven outreach campaigns and strategic community partnerships.

The Sales Manager will guide and develop Outreach Team Members (OTMs) in executing targeted, health plan–assigned member engagement campaigns, while also leading the Street Outreach Team to build referral channels and community-based relationships. This is a strategic leadership position requiring a blend of analytical, operational, and interpersonal skills to expand PHG’s visibility and impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Department Management

  • Lead, coach, and manage both the Inside Sales (OTMs) and Street Outreach (Outside Sales) teams.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability structures for both departments.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and regular team meetings focused on skill development and motivation.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure outreach and community efforts align with PHG’s mission and enrollment targets.

2. Inside Sales (Outreach Team Department)

  • Oversee call-based and digital outreach campaigns focused on health plan–assigned member rosters.
  • Develop and implement retargeting sequences and workflows to re-engage members who were previously unresponsive or partially enrolled.
  • Design outreach scripts, campaign messaging, and workflows that align with health plan guidelines and PHG’s values.
  • Track metrics such as call volume, engagement rates, conversion ratios, and monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with OTMs to optimize messaging, address member barriers, and improve communication efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM and workflow automation tools to ensure timely follow-up, sequencing, and reporting accuracy.

3. Street Outreach (Outside Sales Department)

  • Manage the Street Outreach Team responsible for in-person, community-based engagement.
  • Build and sustain referral channels through Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), faith-based groups, shelters, and other partner networks.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships that support member acquisition and retention goals.
  • Oversee field presence at events, fairs, community centers, housing facilities, and clinics.
  • Encourage and guide the team to host and attend events that strengthen PHG’s brand visibility and community trust.
  • Track performance through partnership outcomes, event-generated leads, and conversion metrics.

4. Sales, Strategy, Reporting, & Optimization

  • Develop annual and quarterly sales strategies for both departments based on member data, health plan priorities, and community insights.
  • Collaborate with the analytics and operations teams to refine lead targeting and sequencing.
  • Ensure all outreach activities are documented accurately in CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com or similar).
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and deliver insights to leadership regarding campaign performance, outreach ROI, and partnership outcomes.

5. Relationship Development & Representation

  • Represent Pacific Health Group at meetings, events, and community gatherings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with health plans, CBOs, and local leaders to expand PHG’s reach.
  • Support partnership onboarding and collaboration efforts with internal operations and contracting teams.
