RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell AllSci’s platform to R&D and BD at pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies
- Attend conferences and represent the company
- Remote and onsite demonstrations of the AllSci platform
- Post sales client service and relationship management
- Work with executive team on business and sales strategy and pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in biotech, pharma, and academia
- Provide feedback to product team and participate and product road mapping
- Collaborate with supporting teams to ensure alignment and achievement of shared goals
- Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and performance to senior leadership
- Stay informed about industry trends
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales and leadership in pharma/biotech and/or academia and strong network
- Deep understanding of data, analytics, and AI as applied to pharma/biotech
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience in hiring, developing, and managing sales teams
- On-site presence preferred; willingness to work in North Bethesda, MD
