As a BSS Telecom/MVNO Focused Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing relationships with key clients in the telecommunications industry, particularly in the Business Support Systems (BSS) and Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) space. You will leverage your knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and product offerings to promote our telecom solutions, ultimately achieving sales targets. This is a Remote position, reporting directly to President AMG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BSS and MVNO markets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their BSS and MVNO requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our telecom products and services, particularly related to BSS and MVNO offerings, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the advantages of our solutions and addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential challenges and opportunities within the BSS and MVNO markets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status to management, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecom industry, with a focus on BSS and MVNO solutions.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
