We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico:

Responsibilities:

·       Develop a sales strategy focused on bringing in new business opportunities that contribute effectively to the growth of the sales funnel focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction, minimum 2.5 times the assigned sales quota, with focus on the sectors of Oil & Gas, Utilities, Smart Cities (Public Safety).

·       Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

·       Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

·       Responsible for achieving annual sales targets and objectives.

·       Provide constructive and meaningful intelligence on the competition, customer requirements, market trends and product features

·       Conduct sales presentations and participate in industry trade shows.

·       Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records utilizing Sales Force to provide business information in support of accounting activities.

·       Provide accurate and timely forecasts to management.

·       Maintain technical/product proficiency, competitive knowledge, and industry trends.

·       Lead new collaborations as well as maintain strategic contact with existing customer regarding the use of company products and services.

·       Analyze existing requirements and anticipated customer demands and promote the consideration of the company’s products and services to fill such requirement.

·       Work closely with Product Line Management and stay current on new products and other information of interest to customers.

·       Manage “cross-functional” activities involved in the sales cycle such as pre-sales, services, customer support and finance.

·       Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

·       Responsible for Customer Satisfaction of the named account(s) through the entire Sales Cycle from marketing, sales, delivery, installation & commissioning, invoicing, and collection.



Requirements

Qualification and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications/critical infrastructure/large enterprise technology environments, with at least 5 years in wireless connectivity technologies.
  • Proven 5 years of track record in ecosystem development, strategic partnerships/alliances, or business development.
  • Good understanding of cellular networks (e.g., LTE, 5G), fixed wireless access technologies, networking and IOT devices/sensors technologies and network architectures of public and private networks.
  • Strong network within the telco ecosystem (operators, vendors, standards bodies).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization.
