The Role

About this role 

 We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Account Management team focused on expansion in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer growth, and overall success across our most strategic accounts. You will coach and develop a team of Account Managers, ensuring they maximize customer value, expand key relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

What you will do 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers in Amsterdam, helping them drive expansions. 

  • Partner with CS leadership to drive effective strategies for adoption and renewals. 

  • Define and execute strategies to optimize key customer account growth. 

  • Own the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of high-performing Account Managers. 

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

What you bring 

  • 5+ years’ experience in a SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales role, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. 

  • 2+ years of demonstrable leadership experience, with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams. 

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level customers, ensuring their long-term success. 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
