About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and developing new business opportunities. If you have a passion for prospecting, client engagement, and closing deals, this is your chance to make a direct impact.
In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and engaging new clients, creating tailored digital advertising solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.

Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager, this hybrid role will be based out of our Bogota office, where we foster a collaborative and creative work environment. We encourage team members to join us in the office at least two days a week to build stronger connections.

What you will be doing
- Leverage consultative sales skills to understand client needs and demonstrate how Ogury’s solutions drive business growth.
- Actively research, cultivate, and nurture leads in the field to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed sales goals, using a data-driven and client-first approach.
- Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to manage your territory, using creative outreach and marketing strategies to engage local businesses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, tracking appointments, pitches, and deal progress.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of networking, relationship-building, direct outreach, and strategic prospecting. A significant portion of time will be spent engaging with clients in the field.
- Work as a collaborative team player, contributing to shared success and supporting colleagues in achieving collective goals.
