What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Drive New Business: proactively identifying and winning new clients within media agencies
  • Showcase Value: Articulate and sell IAS’s full suite of measurement, optimization, and ROI solutions to agencies
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across agencies and brands in the region, building a strong coverage for our central/south of Italy clients.
  • Achieve Targets: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals as a key member of the region’s top-performing sales team
  • Lead the Conversation: Participate in industry events, webinars, and thought leadership opportunities to evangelize IAS’s value proposition
  • Collaborate to Succeed: Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to develop tailored growth strategies for key business portfolios
  • Be Accountable: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide insightful reporting on sales activities and forecasts

What we are looking for:

  • Proven Success: A track record of smashing sales quotas and developing strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Industry Expertise: at least 4 years experience selling solutions into media agencies, brands & trading desks, with a solid understanding of the ad tech landscape
  • Sales Skills: Confidence in leading client meetings, strategic business reviews, and data analysis with finesse
  • Accountability: Experience in delivering accurate and consistent sales forecasting using tools like Salesforce
  • Team Spirit: Collaborative and fun to work with, you’ll fit right into IAS’s high-performing sales culture
