About the role: 

DuploCloud is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of leading and guiding a team of approximately 6- 8  Account Executives (AEs). As a Sales Manager at DuploCloud, you will not only steer the strategic direction of your team but will also play a hands-on, coaching role, exemplifying a "player coach" approach.

  • Articulating and implementing clear expectations for revenue-focused activities and pipeline strategies, you'll thrive in this role.
  • Collaborating with marketing to enhance in-market events and lead generation efforts will be a key aspect of your role.
  • Designing and establishing a scalable structure for the Commercial Sales team aligns with our need for strategic growth.
  • Coaching teams on various aspects of sales, including strategies, pipeline management, opportunity handling, and career planning, is crucial.
  • Proactively analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements across forecasts, call volumes, and individual pipelines.
  • Being a hands-on leader who is actively participating in the sales cycle, especially in bringing in senior leaders and strategic support for significant deals.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience leading a department of sales teams in a SaaS or technology sales environment
  • Track record of consistently achieving quota and strategic objectives
  • Experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles with C-level decision makers
  • Have sold a product with an emerging branding and/or category
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma preferred

Base compensation range not including OTE:

$120,000$140,000 USD

The pay listed above is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington. The standard base pay range listed for this role may not be applicable to other locations.
