Job Description

To be successful as a sales manager, you should display a strong technical understanding and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. You should also have ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and third-party vendors.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Management distribution channel . Identifies distribution channel and potential customers for Handheld products (Please refer to our web site - https://www.flirkorea.com/browse/industrial/handheld-thermal-cameras/) ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. 
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  •  Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. 
  •  Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals and objectives. 

Job Qualifications:

  • Min Bachelor degree. (Electronics/Electrics/Mechanical)
  • Min 5~7years Sales/Business Development experience in commercial and industrial System.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Require good communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and good organizational skills. 
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Responsible to direct sales and distribution channel setting up and management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and report to Sales team leader.
