Product Functions
· Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
· Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
· Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
· Create and manage company profile on the GOLDEN.
· File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
· Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness · Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or Sales Manager.
Profit Functions
· Coordinated and responded to all requests of Hotel sites for prospective business · Answered and directed all incoming phone calls within the Sales Office.

REPORTS TO: Director of Sales / Sales Manager
SUMMARY: The Sales Manager primary role is to perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing team. For example, filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying, companies details updating on to the GOLDEN and Maintaining company profiles.
EDUCATION: High School education or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE: Preferred one to two years experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization

COMPETENCIES:
KEY BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
· Excellent written and verbal communication
skills to prepare and deliver reports
· Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of
situations
· Plan and monitor duties to ensure effective and efficient use of all available resources in order to make the greatest impact on the Hotel’s/Resort’s objectives
· Strong interpersonal and relationship- building skills to work with peers, superiors and clients.

· Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
· Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures as they relates to Cashiering. Working knowledge is generally learned on the job.
· Ability to operate fax, scanner, copier, telephone, adding machine, calculator. · Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software.
· Ability to read, write and speak English.
