Windows Direct USA is experiencing massive growth! 2024 has started off with record numbers again! We are seeking a high energy sales leader with in home sales experience to lead our teams in the Louisville market!

As our Sales Manager, you will generate sales by leading and growing a professional team of In-Home Project Managers. You will Lead, Coach, Motivate, Train and hold your team Accountable… so we can dominate the competition!

Key Requirements:

  • Distributes daily appointments to the sales team based on performance and adjusts accordingly
  • Perform a minimum of 6-7 “ride alongs” per week and do “live” coaching calls on all Did Not Sell appointment results
  • Effectively save cancelled appointments and/or cancelled sales
  • Reviews individual & team performance results and takes appropriate action to meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Prepare and lead weekly sales meetings & trainings in Cincinnati & Louisville… creating an atmosphere of teamwork and friendly competition amongst sales team
  • Learn, study and train a 10 step selling system

As our Sales Manager You Will:

  • Provide all WDUSA Project Managers with effective training on our sales process, unique products, company culture and use of company CRM & technology
  • Continuously improve our sales training methods and accountability standards
  • Interact with other company managers to improve the overall customer experience

Minimum Requirements: This is not an entry level position. Must have a history of success as a top sales rep or sales leader in a one call close environment.

  • 3+ years in-home sales experience (windows & baths are a huge plus) with an ability to close sales
  • 2+ years in-home sales management experience in a one-call close, high ticket item environment
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and the ability to travel back & forth between our Cincinnati & Louisville offices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
