About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team, who is responsible for qualifying leads, pitching, and managing RFP processes end to end. This role is key to driving new business opportunities, identifying commercial opportunities, and developing growth strategies for Ekimetrics, while collaborating closely with local and global teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. You will ensure the development of new major accounts in coordination with our CRO, Partners, and GMs, while maintaining your presence and visibility in the ecosystem.


This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships effectively.


Responsibilities:

1. Lead Qualification & Client Engagement:

- Qualify inbound leads and understand client needs to determine fit for Ekimetrics' offers and services.

- Engage in discussions with executive leaders to define and actualize GTM strategies, leveraging your sector and business expertise.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and Ekimetrics' offerings to align proposals with client needs.


2. Pitch Development & Proposal Management:

- Develop and deliver compelling pitches to prospects, showcasing Ekimetrics' value and expertise

- Lead the full RFP process, from internal coordination, proposal creation to final presentation, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

- Create visually engaging and persuasive PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate Ekimetrics' capabilities and solutions.


3. Account Strategy & Management:

- Facilitate account teams renewals by helping to define and implement account strategies and associated KPIs in coordination with Partners, GMs, and CRO

- Assist contract negotiations and renewals, margin renegotiation, and identification of risk areas

- Coordinate internal legal and financial teams to ensure commercial and legal conditions align with group expectations.

- Implement and facilitate account activity reviews to monitor and review account progress.


4. Collaboration & CRM Management

- Collaborate with local and global sales and marketing teams to share insights, coordinate strategies, and leverage best practices for growth.

- Regularly update and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

- Work cross-functionally to gather insights, case studies, and data to strengthen proposals and align pitches with client expectations

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of sales, lead generation, and project management experience with proven experience in inbound sales and managing RFP process end to end.
  • Experience in consulting, data science, or marketing agency is preferred
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, impactful visuals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Freshsales a plus) and experience maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail
  • Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments, especially with global teams.
