Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients
- Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's offerings
- Implement and maintain a robust customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a related industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a sales team
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
