We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Senior Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer acquisition efforts across the EMEA region. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales team to achieve ambitious targets, establish strategic partnerships with major enterprise and commercial clients, and position our company as a leader in the industry. Your ability to craft and execute innovative sales strategies, while collaborating closely with senior leadership, will be key to our continued success.
Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing and inspiring a high-performance sales team across the EMEA region.
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Design and implement a comprehensive business development plan that expands our market presence, focusing on large enterprise and commercial partnerships.
  • Foster a High-Performance Culture: Cultivate an inclusive and results-driven sales culture that pushes every team member to excel, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Product: Work closely with marketing and product teams to craft messaging and campaigns that resonate with key verticals, ensuring successful new logo acquisition.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of sales professionals, fostering their development through coaching and mentoring.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers by thoroughly understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Forecasting & Reporting: Present sales performance reports, accurate forecasts, and expense analyses to senior leadership, providing insights into emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Market Expertise: Identify and capitalize on shifts in the market while staying informed of the competitive landscape, positioning our products effectively.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within the PDF SDK or software API market.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the sales cycle from strategy development to deal closure, particularly within the enterprise and commercial space.
  • Experience building high-level customer relationships and translating customer insights into strategic actions.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development for yourself and your team, actively participating in industry events, workshops, and coaching.
  • Proven success in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve consistent, high-level performance.
  • Strong process-driven approach to managing sales opportunities and maintaining CRM data integrity.
  • In-depth knowledge of PDF SDK technology and its business applications, along with strong understanding of market competitors and differentiation.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level decision makers to drive business opportunities to closure.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure environments with poise and creativity.
