Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals &i tems from our restaurant & retail partners, and either pick them up or have them delivered by our courier partners.
However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail.

Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 30+ countries today, 27 of which are with the Wolt product and brand. Wolt has been growing rapidly in Albania since we launched here earlier this year, and we're looking for the people that will further expand and accelerate our growth!

We work in small teams with high ownership, with each team focusing on a key area of the Wolt product stack. Each and every one of our product team members has a say in where we are going and what solutions we implement. We work with a passion, but we haven't forgotten how to have fun along the way!

Job Description

A background in field sales is a plus, but we can teach you the rest. We're looking for someone ambitious and excited to join us on this journey!
What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying potential partnerships and contacting restaurants & retailers that are a great fit for Wolt.
  • Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships.
  • Start relationships with the identified restaurants & retailers.
  • Understanding venue performance in order to set profitable business terms and conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms.
  • Creating a strong communications loop alongside our account management team.
  • Jumping to help the local operations team when needed.
  • Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data.

Qualifications


  • You have previous experience that consists of field sales, business development, concierge, events management or sales manager within hospitality. 
  • You are structured, detailed and service-oriented, and have experience working with data-driven sales processes. 
  • You are a natural people person, who enjoys building relationships with excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Outgoing and excellent interpersonal skills. You adapt your tone to suit the audience and can clearly advise and communicate the value of campaigns and other initiatives. 
  • Persistent - you do not give up and get energy from working in a target-driven role and achieving your goals. High ownership and ambition to go beyond the obvious.
  • Commercial flair with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A real foodie with good knowledge of the local restaurant scene.
  • Fluent in Albanian and English.
  • Driving license
