A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Contributing to the creation of the budget in the categories he/she is responsible for according to sales targets
  • Realization of the category sales targets set by the company by staying within the customer profitability targets and preparation of suggestions for remedial measures in case of deviations from the targets
  • Implementation and reporting of sales policies (right product, price and activity etc.) determined for the customers and categories for which he/she is responsible
  • Realizing the relevant listings in the categories, preparing detailed activity plans, defining them in the system, tracking the activities and extracting opportunity areas
  • Listing of launch products, distribution, display agreements, tracking of activity mechanics
  • Monitoring and reporting of customer category profitability and profit/loss ratios provided by the customer to the company
  • Monitoring/reporting product warehouse, store stock availability levels, ensuring that the determined actions are realized together with the business units
  • Sharing accurate and timely information about production forecasts of regularly sold and activated products
  • Customer relationship management for timely customer notification of price updates and completion of the transition
  • Monitoring return rates and taking actions to reduce them
  • Acceptance/control of commercial invoices according to the determined progress balance
  • Analyzing the portfolio for which he/she is responsible according to the company, market dynamics and product performance and making weekly/monthly reports
  • Collecting data on market conditions, competitors and sales at customers, tracking trends and making weekly/monthly reports
  • Planogram control and updating
  • Developing and training the team under his/her responsibility

 

Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
  • 7+ years’ sales/ key account/channel management experience working within FMCG Companies
  • Competent in strategy formulation and long-term planning
  • Strong command in English (both written and verbal)
  • Sales management and customer relationship management experience
  • Activity/Campaign and product management experience
  • Sales and Channel Management experience
  • Ability to analyze revenue-expenditure budgeting and analysis, ROI, profitability analysis,
  • Knowledge and experience in partnership management
  • Sufficient knowledge and experience about competition in the market sector
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong Microsoft applications skills (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
