What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Sales Manager to help drive revenue growth and elevate the guest experience at Loews Hotels. In this role, you will build meaningful client partnerships, execute strategic sales initiatives, and contribute to the achievement of property revenue goals through proactive outreach and collaboration. What You’ll Do:

Sales Strategy & Account Management

  • Implement strategic action plans for assigned market segments through targeted outreach, including calls, direct mail, and personal sales visits.

  • Develop and maintain a dedicated account base aligned with hotel revenue objectives established by the Director of Sales.

  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales goals outlined in performance objectives.

Client Relationship Development

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and prospects by responding promptly to inquiries and following up proactively on leads.

  • Address all client correspondence and requests in a timely, professional manner, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

  • Diligently pursue and manage all assigned sales leads to maximize business conversion.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor local and national competitors to support effective positioning of Loews Hotels within the marketplace.

  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to the Director of Sales, highlighting activity, progress, and opportunities.

Collaboration, Compliance & Brand Representation

  • Partner with department leaders to align sales initiatives with operational goals and enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Uphold company ethics, confidentiality standards, and brand expectations while representing Loews Hotels professionally at all times.

  • Stay current on hotel policies, procedures, and industry developments to ensure compliance and effectiveness in all sales activities.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of overall hotel and commercial objectives.

Other Responsibilities

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of two years of sales experience in the hospitality industry or a related field, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Experience developing and maintaining client relationships and executing sales strategies across multiple market segments.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to identify revenue opportunities and address challenges effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales or CRM software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or hospitality are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for sales calls, trade shows, and client meetings.
