What you'll own
- Drive profitable revenue growth by leading your sales team to achieve or exceed annual net revenue targets, profitability objectives, and market penetration goals.
- Expand strategic markets and partnerships by executing targeted sales plans that unlock new opportunities across priority industries, client segments, and referral channels.
- Build a high-performing sales culture by setting clear expectations, strengthening accountability, and empowering team members to consistently deliver exceptional results.
- Champion an outstanding client journey by partnering across Sales, Product Development, and Client Support to improve onboarding, accelerate activation, and create lasting client relationships.
- Influence sales strategy and business performance by providing actionable market intelligence, identifying process improvements, and advancing initiatives that increase effectiveness and support sustainable growth.
What you'll bring
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- At least six years of relevant sales or business development experience, including demonstrated success delivering revenue growth and achieving commercial objectives.
- Previous supervisory or people leadership experience, with the ability to motivate teams, strengthen performance, and build a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Strong experience developing and executing sales strategies for targeted markets, industry segments, clients, or referral partnerships.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around client and business outcomes.
