We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the Kaplan Languages Group (KLG).
We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven, and relationship-focused Sales Manager to support the growth of Kaplan International Languages, Alpadia Language Schools, and Azurlingua in the Turkish market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with experience in international education, student recruitment, or B2B sales. The successful candidate will work closely with agency partners, prospective students, customer care teams, and school operations to drive enrolments and deliver an outstanding partner experience.

What you’ll bring to the role
Experience in student recruitment, international education, sales, or account management.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
A customer-focused approach with excellent emotional intelligence.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel for up to 12 weeks per year.
Knowledge of the Turkish education or study travel market is highly desirable.
