About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, optimize our sales processes, and drive predictable revenue growth. This role is responsible for coaching and developing sales representatives, managing pipeline performance, enforcing sales methodologies, and ensuring consistent execution across the entire sales lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a data-driven approach to sales management and a passion for building scalable processes that improve performance and customer outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team revenue goals.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching sessions.
  • Establish sales quotas, performance metrics, and accountability standards.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining top sales talent.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.
Sales Process Management
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve sales processes and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM systems, sales methodologies, and reporting tools.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales activity metrics.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement corrective actions.
  • Standardize proposal, quoting, and contract management processes.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Support the team in pursuing strategic opportunities and key accounts.
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define sales strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Drive attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with service delivery and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide leadership with regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, sales performance, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement and sales operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managed services, technology services, SaaS, or B2B professional services.
  • Familiarity with consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance management.
