Job Description: PSI Regional Sales Manager - Central US (ND, SD, WY, NE, IA, KS, AR, MO)

Position Summary: Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned region. Grow new business while maintaining existing business on all product lines. Work within a complex and diverse environment involving other PSI sales personnel, other Clarience sales teams and PSI channel partners to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow and Manage Sales of all products including Auto Inflation and Telematics solutions via the following;
- Manage relationships with fleets, OEM’s and dealers within your region. This includes direct and indirect sales.
- Establish and execute strategies to win new business and retain existing business on all product lines.
- Identify fleet sales opportunities on tractors, trucks, trailers and other specialty vehicles for telematics products, including hardware and software fees. Develop and implement strategy for winning the business.
- Determine the optimal path to market for the opportunities, coordinating with our channel partners or other Clarience sales teams.
- Work with internal stakeholders such as engineering, operations and finance in developing customer proposals.
- Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of all PSI products, with the ability to communicate the value of PSI products to various functions of our customers, including maintenance, IT, finance, sales, purchasing and executive leadership.
- Provide customer support for the evaluation, including interpretation of data and translation into an ROI specific to the customer, as well as identifying customer training requirements.
- Gather and report market intel pertaining to customer asset purchase forecasting, reconciling versus actual, and identifying and communication of competitive developments.
- Operate within budgetary guidelines and manage expenses on a timely basis.
- Represent PSI in appropriate industry associations such as TMC, ATA, IANA, and state trucking associations.
- Maintain a level of professionalism commensurate with PSI’s heritage.
Reports to: VP Global Sales
Travel: 40-70%
