Senior Sales Manager – Water Solutions (QLD, NT & PNG)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Water Solutions & Services business across Queensland, the Northern Territory, and Papua New Guinea. This senior leadership role drives commercial performance through direct and indirect sales channels, ensuring we meet ambitious growth targets and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
You will oversee key commercial activities—including contract management, tender submissions, forecasting, and participation in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process—while building a high‑performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets and identify, develop, and maximise growth opportunities across the region.
- Lead proactive sales planning, review cycles, and coordinated programs to achieve strategic business goals.
- Implement customer‑centric marketing initiatives and sales promotions.
- Drive organisational and staff development through training, capability building, and Development Goal Deployment Plans.
- Prepare accurate and insightful monthly reports for management review and align on implementation plans.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety, statutory, and corporate requirements.
- Develop and execute strategies that strengthen customer relationships and expand market presence.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in the water, wastewater, industrial water, mining, oil & gas sectors (highly desirable).
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships leading to strong business growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time‑management skills, with strong attention to detail in quotations and proposals.
- Experience with water pumps and/or the mining sector is advantageous.
