Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager - Workwear for the Czech & Slovak markets to join our EE sales team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key workwear and sportswear brands, and teamsport accounts. You will drive new business opportunities and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction in the Czech and Slovak markets, leveraging your deep understanding of the industry to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the workwear and sport industry by leveraging emerging trends, innovations, and developments.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for key workwear and sportswear brands, aligning with overall company goals.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers within organizations to build trust and rapport.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients and stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track and analyze commercial performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline, margins, and market share, reporting findings to management.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management within the workwear and/or sport industry.
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Advanced technical knowledge of embellishment techniques and products, such as heat transfer labels (HTL), sublimation, and woven materials.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
