Job Description

We are hiring for our sister app, Dostt, an audio and video platform. Currently, we operate in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. As we expand rapidly, we are seeing significant growth. Here's the link of the application App Link

Responsibilities:

• Pitch to potential female hosts, encouraging them to join the Dostt app as hosts.
  

• Experiment with different approaches to refine the pitch and optimize conversion rates.
  

• Manage the onboarding team (3 members), assigning leads and providing daily updates on leads vetted and onboarding numbers.
  

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in Excel, including skills in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
  

• At least 1 year of experience in Tele sales.
  

• Previous experience managing or handling a Tele sales team.
