Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
Location
Setia Alam, Shah Alam
Responsibilities
Developing & managing clients and building strong relationships. (From existing client base/new organic clients to sales leads provided by management)
Hunt for new client prospects/opportunities and secure new accounts monthly
Regularly update client prospects status in our Salesforce cloud-system
Regularly communicate with direct superior and Managing Director on client prospects status
Achieve sales target
Other Requirements
Sales and Business Development skills, including client prospecting, and relationship building
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in air freight, sea freight, or customs clearance is an advantage
Proven sales track records and client base
Self motivated, and target driven
Proficiency of basic knowledge of Google Workspace apps
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics, or a related field, or a minimum of SPM
Min 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, while proficiency in other languages is a plus
Posses own transport and open to travel outstation whenever required
