Sales Manager [WL01-001-002]

Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)

Location
Setia Alam, Shah Alam

Responsibilities

• Developing & managing clients and building strong relationships. (From existing client base/new organic clients to sales leads provided by management)

• Hunt for new client prospects/opportunities and secure new accounts monthly

• Regularly update client prospects status in our Salesforce cloud-system

• Regularly communicate with direct superior and Managing Director on client prospects status

• Achieve sales target

Other Requirements

• Sales and Business Development skills, including client prospecting, and relationship building

• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Experience in air freight, sea freight, or customs clearance is an advantage

• Proven sales track records and client base

• Self motivated, and target driven

• Proficiency of basic knowledge of Google Workspace apps

• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics, or a related field, or a minimum of SPM

• Min 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding industry

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, while proficiency in other languages is a plus

• Posses own transport and open to travel outstation whenever required
