VI Sales Manager supports our points based vacation ownership team. In this role, you will lead and coach a team of sales professionals, help them hit goals, and keep the sales process organized and running smoothly. You will also help maintain a strong focus on integrity and transparency so guests feel informed and comfortable throughout their ownership journey.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team in delivering ethical, high-performance presentations of points-based vacation ownership.
  • Ensure all sales practices, scripting, disclosures, and contracts align with federal and state consumer protection laws.
  • Facilitate ongoing training on ADA standards, UDAAP principles, rescission rights, licensing protocols, and financial agreement terms.
  • Oversee contract execution and audit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing to review new materials and adjust processes based on regulatory updates.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs, adjust strategies to improve conversions while maintaining compliance benchmarks.
  • Uphold a guest-first sales culture that prioritizes transparency, accessibility, and long-term relationship building.
  • Document team feedback, consumer trends, and process gaps, escalating concerns to appropriate departments to ensure risk mitigation.

What you will bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience overseeing sales teams, preferably within timeshare, hospitality, or vacation ownership sectors. 
  • Direct experience with points-based vacation products, including pricing structures, tiered benefits, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply multi-state consumer protection regulations, licensing requirements, ADA accessibility standards, and contractual disclosures.
  • History of mentoring staff with varying experience levels, conducting compliance training, and cultivating ethical, performance-driven teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, mobile-based contracting tools, and data dashboards used for performance, tracking, and regulatory monitoring.
  • Ability to audit contracts and verify compliance across digital and physical documentation workflows.
  • Experience with CRM and lead tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, Timeshare-specific platforms).
  • Proficient in digital contracting tools and mobile-based transaction systems.
  • Skilled in performance data analysis, KPI tracking, and compliance documentation.
