- Previous experience as a Used Car Manager, Sales Manager, or automotive management professional.
- Strong knowledge of import vehicle brands, market trends, and used vehicle valuation.
- Proven success managing inventory, profitability, and dealership performance.
- Experience with vehicle appraisal, inventory acquisition, and pricing strategies.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems, inventory management software, and CRM platforms.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
