Job Description

This is a temporary contract role, from the 20th of August to mid-December 2025. We are looking for someone currently working on a contract or contingent basis, or someone who is willing to do so. 

This role will involve assisting our Sales team on the Innovation-Driven Water Sustainability Conference & Awards (IDWSC) 2025, taking place in December. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Actively reach out to targeted companies and prospects based on provided lead lists / build lists
  • Conduct follow-up calls/emails and schedule meetings with potential sponsors and exhibitors
  • Support in proposal sharing, documentation, and updating the sales tracker

Measures of Success:

  • Minimum of 30 outreach activities per day (calls/emails/ meetings combined)
  • 30+ qualified proposals per week
  • Minimum of 5 closed deal per week (after onboarding/training phase)
  • Timely and accurate updates to the sales tracker 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, conferences, or related industries
  • Familiarity with the Saudi market and government/semi-government entities is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • CRM usage and lead tracking proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
