We are strengthening our Kardex Sales team in Northern Italy, and currently recruiting for a Sales Manager Systems to sell integrated system solutions and act as a trusted advisor for our customers.

This is a remote position with the possibility to work in our office in Milan and requires regular travel to our customer sites.
Your tasks
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within your designated sales territory (Whole country). Expand the customer base, driving revenue growth.
- Develop and execute actionable plans to maximize sales efforts in the field. Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales activities.
- Strengthen relationships and increase business with existing customers. Boost customer retention and upsell opportunities.
- Support team goals and collaborate to achieve collective results. Foster a cooperative work environment and achieve team objectives.
- Understand and address evolving customer needs and assess relationship quality. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop innovative approaches to overcome market challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Maintain competitive advantage and drive sales growth.
- Track and report sales performance(CRM) against key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights for performance evaluation and strategic adjustments.
Your profile

4-5 year experience in system sales in medium size companies in the intralogistics sector.

Commercial acumen: Understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, negotiation skills, Sales and Marketing insight
