  • Coach AEs to build and convert pipeline across outbound, inbound, BDR, Channel Partner, and product-led sources
  • Keep your team sharp on Clio's expanding portfolio, including our AI products, turning product and go-to-market changes into practical coaching for live demos and deals

  • Experience driving new business revenue through a consultative sales approach across inbound, outbound, partner-sourced, and product-led sales motions.

  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, effectiveness, and decision-making, with sound judgment on where AI adds value.
  • A systems-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify process gaps, solve root causes, and build scalable, repeatable ways of working.
  • Experience leading teams through change, maintaining focus, performance, and momentum as products, priorities, and market conditions evolve.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, paired with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
  • A proven ability to build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance, inspiring people to grow and consistently raise the bar.
