ABOUT LGC CLINICAL DIAGNOSTICS:
LGC Clinical Diagnostics develops and manufactures a comprehensive portfolio of catalogue and custom-developed diagnostic quality solutions and component materials for the extended life sciences industry. We partner with IVD assay developers, pharmaceutical, CRO and academic institutions in commercialization activities across the entire diagnostic pipeline. Laboratorians and diagnostic professionals across disciplines of clinical chemistry, immunochemistry, serology, molecular diagnostics, and clinical genomics rely on LGC’s products to support accurate and reliable diagnostic results.

Job Description1. Regional Account & Market Development
- Demonstrate experience navigating heterogeneous SEA markets, including differences in tender processes, distributor maturity, and regulatory environments.
- Identify new growth opportunities and drive expansion of recurring revenue businesses to improve predictability and run‑rate performance.
- Lead and support commercial activities in emerging APAC markets as required, ensuring aligned go‑to‑market strategies and sustainable business development.
2. Strategic Key Account Management
- Engage deeply with regional key accounts to strengthen wallet share, defend strategic positions, and grow strategic pipelines.
- Run structured business reviews, relationship‑building programs, and long-term planning with major direct accounts and key opinion leaders.
- Coordinate multi‑stakeholder engagements across technical, commercial, and procurement functions.
- Demonstrate ability to manage complex tender and procurement processes.
3. Distributor Management & Enablement
- Manage and optimize a network of ~10-15 distributors across SEA.
- Implement performance frameworks, capability assessments, funnel reviews and joint business plans to elevate distributor quality and alignment.
- Provide product, commercial, and positioning guidance to ensure consistent market messaging.
- Strengthen LGC brand visibility via seminar tours, workshops, and expert‑level presentations.
4. Forecasting, Funnel Quality & CRM Excellence
- Demonstrate and maintain high‑accuracy forecasting with disciplined pipeline management.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track opportunities, distributor funnels, and customer engagement.
5. Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with regional marketing, technical support, customer service, and operations teams across US/EU/Asia.
- Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in life sciences, diagnostics, genomics, or applied markets within Southeast Asia.
- Demonstrated success managing distributors and driving revenue across multiple SEA markets.
- Strong technical understanding of molecular diagnostics, genomics tools, qPCR/NGS workflows, and quality measurement tools.
- Led capital equipment sales paired with consumables pull through programs.
- Proven track record of developing key accounts with measurable year on year revenue growth.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Capabilities & Competencies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short term results and long-term market building.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at senior levels internally and externally.
- High degree of autonomy, resilience, and adaptability in fast changing markets.
- Comfortable with regional travel (up to 50%).
- Skilled in critical data analysis. Evidence-based decision-making using CRM, sales data, and market signals.
- Location Requirement
- This position is based in Singapore (preferred) or Malaysia and supports regional activities across SEA and APAC emerging countries as designed.
- Candidates must currently reside in, or already have the legal right to work in, the above designed country of residence.
- This role is offered on local employment terms; expatriate or relocation packages are not available.
