Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring HR and recruitment clients (corporates, startups, or agencies)
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads through outreach, networking, and inbound channels
- Build consultative relationships with HR stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored solutions
- Lead the sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure
- Mentor and manage junior sales or partnerships associates to strengthen the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, track key performance metrics, and report on sales progress
- Work closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on HR industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market shifts to refine outreach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
- Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in HRTech, staffing, or recruitment services
- Strong network or prior experience selling to HR, TA, or leadership decision-makers
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure proposals and close high-value deals
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setup
