About the teamLink is Stripe’s consumer payments product. It helps consumers check out quickly and securely by saving their payment details, while helping businesses improve conversion and offer more payment options.
The Link sales team works with businesses to identify where Link can improve their checkout experience and support revenue growth. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and other go-to-market teams to bring Link to more businesses and consumers.
What you’ll do- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for driving Link adoption and revenue growth.
- Set clear goals and operating rhythms for the team, including pipeline management, account planning, forecasting, and opportunity reviews.
- Partner with Account Executives on account strategy, executive engagement, business cases, commercial negotiations, and complex deals.
- Build a high-performing team by hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining strong sales talent.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to improve the Link sales motion and address customer needs.
- Help define the customer segments, use cases, and sales strategies where Link can have the greatest commercial impact.
- Develop strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and represent Link in strategic customer conversations.
- Use customer feedback and market insight to inform product priorities, positioning, enablement, and go-to-market plans.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Link, the checkout and payments landscape, and the factors that affect customer conversion and payment performance.
