How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead regional sales strategy and execution to drive order intake and market share.
Develop and implement account plans and regional growth strategies.
Collaborate across business units using the One Hitachi approach.
Drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and forecast accuracy.
Champion solution-based selling and strategic marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain key customer relationships and alliances.
Provide market feedback to influence product and service innovation.
Represent the region in global sales forums and initiatives.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of leadership experience in renewable energy or power conversion.
Proven success in managing remote sales teams and complex sales cycles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency in SFDC, Excel, Power BI, and sales enablement tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to support regional and customer needs.
